Are you ready for change?

What’s weighing you down?

You’re smart, your life’s amazing in so many ways – and just look at what you’ve done so far.  But there’s still so much more you want to do. 

Before you can let go of the sandbags that are weighing down your hot air balloon, it helps to be clear about what’s holding you back.

  • Your relationship?  Maybe you’ve flat out had enough of your relationship with your partner.  If they don’t change soon, you might just leave. 
  • Your family?  It could be that arguments with your children, your siblings or your parents are getting you down.  How did things get so complicated?  You feel stuck with old resentments and have no idea how to get rid of them.
  • Your work?  Perhaps you feel as though you’re getting nowhere in your job, or you’re not being paid enough for the work you do.  Conversely, you might wonder why you have your dream job but you’re still not happy. 
  • Or is it something else?  It could be stress, time pressure, being unhappy with your body…  You name it, we feel it on our shoulders.
